License to sell in Canada?

Well the not allowing means that customs may seize your order, most go through unexamined though. As far as a license goes, since Health Canada doesn't approve of the distribution of the stuff, you won't get one, however since several sites sell the stuff over the net, they don't have one either and it hasn't stopped them :)

Thanks Cobra, you answered the real reason I had for posing the question. I wasn't sure if current sellers had proper approval form HC or not because of the status of nicotine distribution in Canada. I'm still iffy if I should get a local business license or not, just because of potential fines I might face. But if this all becomes to complicated I might just stick with ebay/kijiji/ or local selling. Thanks again. :)
