Lifespan of a 501 cartridge and PTB

Was just curious how many times do you guys use your cartridges and the PTB (Pyramid Tea Bags) or the poly fill for before you guys toss them?

I would refilll mine about 3 days and then replace the PTB. It would become packed down and wouldn't wick any longer.

Now I stuff carts with reticulated foam and they last at least 4 days, sometimes 5 or 6, and the foam is quicker and easier to replace.

or when I want to change flavors after a few days. I've held onto a PTB for a week without problems though.
