@Joyce...life was easier on facebook....lol...I haven't been on facebook for days...this forum is sooo much more fun, and this family is the BEST!!

Hey Anita...yes!!!!! I am loving it....have not had one craving for a cig...not sure if that surprises me or not...still trying to figure out if I love the nic or just love the hand to mouth habit. So, I ordered a variety of nic strengths just to experiment... I do know I love the different flavors my goal is zero nic in the future and I'm not even sure why.

Ok so how do u get the notifications for all the likes you get off of your notifications??? I dont see where to delete them...Max and I checked settings in our accounts but didnt find anything related to the 'like button. Curious and a bit annoyed

Just click the notification tab and then the link to the notifications. When you go or come back to the forum all the notifications will be cleared.
