I'm eyeing mt. baker as my diy start. Good bad? Other suggestions?
In the diy world how are their flavorings?

Also I quickly read that for 100ml of unflavored nic juice it's suggested you use anywhere from 15-40ml of flavoring. Going off the low 15ml, does that mean I would be adding 15ml of flavoring to 100ml of un flavored nicjuice for a total of 115ml? Or adding 15ml to 85ml of un flavored nic juice for a total of 100ml?

Might be some dumb questions, just want to be sure.

Thanks

I don't know about Mt. Baker; but I do know that TFA flavors are my favorite right now.

For 100ml of unflavored juice, 15-40ml might already be too much. I would suggest starting out around 7 to 10 percent, even as low as 5. I also would suggest mixing about 10ml of juice or less at a time. If you flavor 100ml, then decide you don't like the results, you'll end up wasting unflavored juice.

Look into juice calculators. As a reference: .5ml flavor + 9.5ml base=10ml of 5% flavored juice, and 1ml + 9ml base=10ml of 10% flavored juice.

Also, there are no "dumb" questions:)

Thanks that was my plan. Small batches. Just using those numbers because they're round. Guess I could of used 10ml. to the same effect. Was going off their website. I'll check out those calculators. So the flavoring is part of the total..

I liked that mt. baker had the bases already set. No diluting of the nicotine levels. Just the first place I ran into it like that... and though I've never tried their liquid people seemed to like them.
