Limited dexterity - need pre-filled carto recs/idea

I have a friend who wants to kick the habit but has very little use of his hands and most like couldnt fill cartos on his own. Any recs for cheap, pre-filled cartos, or an alternative solution? Thanks

If I had to resort to pre-filled cartos, Smokeless Image would be my choice.

If I may ask, what disability does the person have. Arthritis issues or more along the line of tremors? Does this person have a caretaker that dispenses medicine or provides treatment of any sort that could be trained to fill a juice carrying device?
