I was planning to do so 2 weeks ago, but had to spend most of that time out of state.

My first experiment involved folding the gossamer from one bag in half longitudinally, then rolling it around a toothpick. Snip it in half; you now have two cartridge fills.

The draw is good, the hit is fine, the flavor is excellent and I'm not seeing any problems, but the 401 does have a small cartridge. 8-10 drops of liquid seem to fill the PTB (and I can't get used to writing that to mean anything but Powers That Be... but I'm a Whedonverse fangirl...) stuffed cartridge.

I plan to experiment with other stuffing methods once I locate a source for nylon gossamer or organza locally.

Going to be trying the Lipton Pyramid Tea Bag mod tomorrow on my 510 carts, but curious as to whether anyone does this for a M401 cart?

Is there any tutorials or vids on how to do it for a M401?

Not to my knowledge. :( I have used it on Dse084 cart (smallest cart), but I would assume the process is quite the same. Roll and cut, there doesn't seem to be enough room for a fold that I use on my 501's. I sometime use a tiny button of Poly fill in the bottom of the cart to act as a spring or cushion to keep the PTB up making contact with the bridge for better wicking to the atomizer.

Good Luck! ;)

Hope this helps! :)

I just tried it on my 401. Cut the seams so you have one big piece. Cut into 3 strips the long way, rolled and stuffed. Held about 9-10 drops. Seems to work pretty good. And it made 3 stuffings per bag.

Each one after inserting I'd pull up the stuffing a little bit and strip so it was down in the cart about 1/8th inch or so.

At first I was thinking something was wrong because I wasn't tasting the burning poly.. lol
