I saw a thread questioning LIQ e-liquid.com. I think it would be beneficial if you read the ABOUT US portion on their site.
I have ordered from them. I seemed to have no issues with their flavors or their nicotine mixes. Also their shipping was reasonable.

Always looking for new DIY suppliers, so I checked it out. It says CA, but something's off. Just for kicks, I put in a $50 order, and shipping to a block away was $16.

I'm not sure how you got such a low price for shipping, and their nicotine isn't a mix. It's states that it's pure nic.

That's because it has to go to Miami and then up to Detroit, down to Houston and then over to you. Takes 4 days to mail something across town, two days across country :~)

I live about 450 miles north of Rancho Cucamonga, where their site is purported to originate.

I was just curious. I have a feeling it goes from Rancho to San Fran to Indonesia and then Detroit to Houston and finally back to Rancho. Maybe it stops for coffee in Columbia, but I can't be positive on that one. Another poster in the fasttech thread mentioned that those packages love macchiato (however it's spelled).
