Liquid in battery

I started vaping on New Year's Eve with a starter kit I bought using a Groupon. I'm using automatic KR808 batteries and it seems that I've overfilled my cartos and I have liquid in my batteries. I'm wondering if there is any way to fix this. I try to be careful when filling, read a lot, watched a lot of videos, etc but I'm afraid I've ruined all of my batteries. I ordered some manual batteries because I understand they don't have a hole to the battery so it's less likely that liquid will get in, but now I'm stuck with 6 batteries and 4 don't work at all and 2 barely work. Any ideas for how to get the liquid out? I tried putting them in a bag of rice for 2 days, tapping them on a hard surface to fix "stuck switch," and I don't know what else to do. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the ECF! This is one of the main drawbacks to automatic batteries. You might try dabbing a little rubbing alcohol into them with a q-tip and then letting them sit to dry out for awhile. Blowing through them from the opposite end and shaking them like a thermometer with the battery-side down will sometimes help as well.

Taking the cartos off the batteries for filling and then letting them sit for a few minutes will help to avoid this, as I'm sure you've already realized.
