A number of suppliers sell menthol crystals...

But earlier I found one that sells liquified menthol drops

2 questions...

1 Where did I find this? I can't seem to find it again... anyone know?

2 How much money does one save by liquifying the crystals themself? I'm having some DIY headaches at the moment and don't want to overcomplicate things just yet unless the money saved is really worth it

Slightly on the same topic....

I ordered 4 bottles of the premixed drops from this place because I have heard they help with throat hit and my wife has been complaining about the lack of it in her juice (and it is causing her to slip with analogs, which of course ain't helping me either).

I know you can add a couple drops to other flavored liquids to give them some kick, but can you also just add this to plain 'ol PG nic juice to create a pure menthol flavor? I would assume so, but I'm not sure. If so, what kind of ratio would give a decent hit without being too strong?

Very easy to make the drops yourself. But you won't save any money. Either way is pretty cheap though. Here's a recipe for some awesome menthol drops.

Kevin- You can definitely add the menthol drops to plain PG for 0 nic juice. I don't know how strong the pre-made drops are, but using the above recipe, it only takes about 2 drops per ml for a good menthol taste. That's probably a good starting point. :)
