The cheapest Dekang I found is at 4092 E-Liquids & E-Solids at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping . Their prices are less than 4$/ml. I made many orders from Fasttech and like most people here found them a very responsible seller but delivery is slow, 3 weeks is average.

to ecf oriley. So glad you are here. Well honestly I feel like the very "least expensive" juice is when you make your own. I realize there is an initial cost but after that it is easy to see how much you really are saving. With just my purchase of nic, pg and vg, I can make unflavored for around $2 for 30ml's. That really adds up quickly. I also enjoy the DIY side of vaping but the #1 reason is to save money. You are a good friend for trying to help BTW. That is one of the reason I love ecf. DIY. Not only cheap, but good once you get the hang of it. I wish I and the time to make my own, but just not going to happen any time soon.

I assume you're in America, So I can't really help you out on that end. But I've been buying a brand called "Vapenjuice" here in Canada and it runs $3.95 a 10 ML and just under $10 for a 30. I personally found that they have allot of good flavors and I like them quite a bit. Nothing wrong with them as far as I'm aware.

I have also never tried any of the expensive E-Juice so perhaps that's why I like these ones.
