Hi everyone...

What would be a recommended ready made PG liquid that's available from the UK?

I have seen some of the suppliers but they don't seem to say much about what their liquids taste like. Obviously the flavoured ones are self explanatory but I really want some liquid that tastes like real tobacco and the descriptions they use like 'Hylton' don't really mean much to me. I normally smoke Golden Virginia.

I am using a couple of cheap e-cigs and have run out of the cheap 'n' nasty prefilled carts that came with them. I have just started cleaning and filling the carts again with some 'Genesis' PG liquid that I got off Amazon and it's like 100x better than the prefilled rubbish. There's way more smoke from PG liquid!

I've been doing a bit of reading on this forum and I definitely want to invest in something better like an Ego-T but TBH I'm pretty impressed with my cheap e-cigs now that I have discovered juice!

Now I just want something to put in them that really tastes good.

PG liquid is fine but ones with VG added give you even more vapour

As for flavours, Hilton is a tobacco flavour as in Hilton cigarettes - L&B = Lambert & Butler, etc

Hi Chrissie...thanks for your reply.

I did get some prefilled carts for my cheap cig and some of them were Hilton, some were B&H, some were Golden Virginia. But TBH they were all so far out from the real thing it was unbelievable. I guess what I should have said earlier was that after using those cheap carts I'm a bit skeptical about what it says on the various descriptions so I just wanted to know what juices had been tried, tested and certified as good.

It's also a case of there being so much to choose from that I don't want to end up buying the wrong product like I did with my e-cig!

I liked the sound of the Black Label No. 3 juice on enjuice.co.uk but I thought it was a bit steep (£7.something for 5ml).

I never been to Paradise Vapes though, but I have seen the 'Flu Cured' juice mentioned a few times on this forum and it's quite cheap from that place as well so I might try some of that, maybe get another flavour as well...

...but I'm confused about the PG/VG thing now. I read somewhere else that PG gave a better vapour than VG so I assumed that adding any amount of VG to PG would give proportionally less vapour. Or does it not work like that?

You think I should go for a 50/50 mix instead of pure VG or pure VG?

You aren't really going to get a tobacco flavour that tastes exactly like a real cig. But some are closer than others & certainly better than the juice you get in most prefilled carts. My favourite tobacco flavour is the LnB from Paradise Vapes & I know of many others that really like it as well I've not tried any from enjuice myself but have also heard their juices are good.

Re PG verses VG - PG gives more throat hit, VG gives more vapour. So a 50%/50% mix is definitely a good one to try

I have ordered 3 small bottles from Paradise Vapes.
I got some LnB, Old Holburn and Flu Cured (I'm sure they spelt that wrong, shouldn't it be 'Flue'?!)

They are all 50/50 mix so hopefully one of them should give the desired effect.

If not then at least it's cheaper than real cigs. I've stopped smoking real cigs during the day and only smoke after about 7pm but it's getting later and later each day.

Maybe if I like these juices then I will invest in that Ego-T that I have been reading about (or at least something better than the cheap e-cigs I have now, something recommended by this forum).
