Matter of preference - there doesn't HAVE to be...however:

- if using a "dripper" people often are seeking MORE vapor, and can use thicker liquid - more VG than PG as the base of the liquid. That's why you'll see "Max VG" liquid - it's thicker, makes more vapor, but won't wick as easily in most tanks...

- ALSO if you're making your own coils and/or using lower resistance (like "subohm") then the nicotine gives you a bigger kick, and people usually drop the nic level way down. Common to vape 12 or 18 mg in a carto-tank or even a Kayfun, but then go to 4mg or 6mg in a dripping atomizer.

Hope that helps!

Hi, iCigar, and welcome to ecf! Your Nautilus tank is quite versatile - you can use almost any juice you like. It isn't well-suited (IMHO) to max VG juices; juices over about 70% VG are thick and don't do as well as 30/70 or 50/50 juices do. Perhaps you can find a B&M with a juice bar and see what you like! Best of luck to you!

I also have a Nautilus Mini and am a total noob. I've been using the same juice 50/50 with this tank and with my old Kanger Mini ProTank 2.

I replaced the Kanger tank wick (silica, I believe) with cotton and got a much cleaner taste. I haven't messed with my Nautilus yet, but it's only a matter of time. :D

I'm going to try to link to an answer I was given on another thread about rebuilding our coils. Wish me luck.
