Anyone know if you can just swap out a 3ml tube with a 5ml tube or will I have to buy two complete setups?

Swap away!unless you have the phat tank,the caps are the same size.I have also used map tank tubes with a longer carto,the tube from the torpedo tank also works(mine do anyway)

Yeah , as long as you have long enough carto's XL size , just find a longer tube (not easy) and swap , will work fine , some sites , even have replacement tubes , of different sizes . You might go that route , and they were pretty cheap ( 3 or 4 dollars )

I swapped between the boge lr size casing and the dual coil size with no issues. To be honest, I really preferred the boge lr, so I'll be switching it back again today.

It's convenient that they sell both on their site.
