I've been reading about recipes with Everclear or Vodka added. I'm wondering if anyone has tried Schnapps?...they have such strong flavor and I'm dreaming of peach flavored juice alongside a good old-fashioned (meaning I've not had one in years) Fuzzy Navel. mmmm peachy heaven.

Flavorings have rules - no oils, avoid coloring - are there any guidelines for liquors that are no no's?

I have heard of people adding a little bit but they said that it doesn't give you a buzz or anything so I don't know why you'd add it if it doesn't do anything

From what I hear it may help keep the atty a little cleaner and I just thought that the strong flavors in schnapps might add to the flavor of the juice.

I got the buzz covered with the fuzzy navel.

I wouldn't use any sweet liquor, the sugar would be very bad for the atomizer.

Scnapps is low proof alcohol with loads of sugar. Alot of sugar makes a recipe for early atty death.

Thanks to both LightGoddess & Framitz....I was going to try this and decided to pop in here first and I'm glad I did. I appreciate being saved from a random mistake.8-o

I'll stick with one of the tried and true liquors if I use any.
