List of good places to get DIY materials from?

I've been vaping for 2 years now and I've done and tired it all except homebrewing. A few months back I decided to give it a try and to my knowledge wizardlabs.us was the place to go. Well over the last few months they've been having website issues, or stock issues, or employee training delays, etc. It seemed like their reason/explanation header on the website changed every day so I gave up trying to order and went back to ordering my liquids from FSUSA.

Fast forward to 2 days ago I decided once more to try and get in to homebrewing. I go to wizardlabs.us and they're doing maintenance which is apparently ongoing as I type this. Frustrating to say the least after having dealt with the same stuff from FSUSA for an extended period of time.

Could I get some recommendations on good/reputable/reasonably priced vendors to order nic/pg/vg/flavors from? My target is 70/30/24mg liquid and I plan on ordering enough to make around 400-500ml to start which will mainly be used for flavor testing until I figure out what I like and how I want my stuff made.

Well I'm asking here because that's the point of this forum and this section. I'd hate to place an order with someone that isn't reputable.

I've been very happy with my orders from Rtsvapes. I'm new to all of this..just started vaping a bit over a month ago. IMO, it's worth sticking with Wizard Labs while they struggle with their growing pains, top quality, consistent product.
Every business has its moments, S&%$ happens and it's how you recover from an incident that makes you a great vendor.
WL steps up and stands behind their service 110%. - (not affiliated in any way with any vendor).

Flavoring... TPA offers enough great product to get you neck deep into DIY and once again, great service.
One more of my favorites, VapingZone concentrated line. A fool proof way to start making some real good juice.

Once you develop a few home-brew recipes YOU like, you will never buy (or depend on) $tore bought e-juice again.

After checking out all of these websites it came down to two as far as pricing and selection goes and those were MyFreedomSmokes and RTSvapes. When I say selection I'm mainly talking about nic level. Many of the places listed so far seem to be limited to 36-60mg and I'm wanting 100mg. Between MFS and RTS MFS had cheaper shipping, 125ml of 100mg/pg for the same price as RTS 120ml, and they are running the "nic20" coupon code for 20% off nic base(ends at midnight tonight). Snatched up some PG, flavors, and a bottle with my order.

Also managed to snag a bottle of that Humco USP Glycerin from my local walmart after some extensive reading to make sure it was legit(it is). Unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough to find the Lorann flavoring so my store probably doesn't stock that.

ETA: I remember Wizardlabs having good prices and doing sales often so they'll be kept in mind for my next order. Hopefully they get their issues sorted out soon. No complaints shopping with MyFreedomSmokes, though.
