My purchases with this company go back to January of 2012. I have always been extremely pleased with the quality, pricing and shipping from LiteCig. I have purchased an e-cig kit, spare batteries, a spare charger, cartos and liquid. I have never had a problem until this last order.
I received my order, and there was an issue which had already been handled before shipment. The solution caused me to have to make a call to my bank CS. I received info from them (both an agent and his supervisor) that the issue had to be handled differently by the vendor. As a result of this info, I contacted LiteCig CS by email. The issue was adjusted by them even though the problem was NOT theirs. They went above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction on my part. It was all taken care of within about 30 minutes. As it turns out, LiteCig had handled it correctly from the start. All the misinformation came from the bank CS.
I think this kind of concern for customers deserves to be noted. They went far above what would have been necessary to help with my problem. This company proves that true customer service is alive and well!
