I just received my order yesterday from Electronic Cigarette Supplies & Electronic Cigarette Refills for Name-Brand Electronic Cigarettes! E-Cigs from LiteCigUSA. I'd ordered a bunch of stuff including 8 atty's, 230ml of various juices, 2 eGo batt's and some odds 'n ends. I placed the order on Friday night. My order was in the mail on Saturday morning and I received it on Monday.
One battery I received was DOA (through no fault of litecig) so I went to the website and used the contact us page. I got a response within 1/2 an hour that a replacement would be sent. An hour later I received an email with a tracking number for the shipment. Talk about great service. It wasn't even 2 hours from the time I found out the battery was bad till a new one was in the mail.
This was my 5th order with litecig and this is the only problem I've ever had, and it wasn't even their fault, but they corrected it no problem. You just can't ask for a better company to do business with.
By the way, I got some of their High Caliber brand juices and they're definitely worth trying. They're not too expensive, have good flavor, TH, and great vapor production. Give 'em a try.
