I placed an order for two 30ml bottles of Dekang ejuice. When I received the order I noticed that there were no seals on the bottles. I also noticed that they were both watery. One of the flavors was RY4. I still had some left from a previous order and when I compared them they were totally different in color and thickness. However, they both were the same manufacturer, and the same mg, pg, and vg formula.

Yesterday, I rated the ejuice in the customer review section on the litecigusa website. I wasn't mean, I just stated that the bottles were not sealed and I threw them out since they were not refundable. I couldn't believe that there were no other complaints about unsealed bottles on their website. I visited litecigusa again today. They removed my feedback. That explained why there was no other negative feedback on their site.

I, like many others, rely on customer feedback and blogs to help me make better decisions on purchasing products. This was just scandalous.

Thanks for reading my blog.

My juices don't come sealed from the vendor I've been using... I do know he does mix his own and I honestly have zero complaints about his juices or his service. I've seen other people say good things about his service as well. I think it depends on how big the operation is. If you mix your own and you're small it may not be feasible to seal them. I'll be getting some juices from a new vendor ths week I'll have to pay attention to that.

I've only gotten sealed bottles from one vendor, all the rest have not had a safety seal of any sort. As to the color difference, when juices are fresh they're often lighter in color. As they age they tend to get darker. If you had a problem with the product from litecig you should contact them in order to explain or rectify the situation.

Vendors seal bottles? Never seen this before. Overall LiteCig has been known for good customer service. I've had no problems with them.
And juice does change color and flavor over time. How long has the 30ml bottle steeped for?

I don't agree with removing bad reviews... I prefer vendors to respond in the thread and let readers make up their own minds.

I've gotten good service from them. But just because I have certainly doesn't mean that it's not in the realm of possibility that you did not and you certainly have a right to say so. It's your money.

Even though they have the no return policy on juice, I'd still contact them and get an explanation from them, not a bunch of guesses what it could be from people that don't actually know what it is. Again, it's your money.

If it was me, (and your not me) I probably would have contacted them before leaving the feedback, but it's within your right to do so and it shouldn't have been removed.

I think you'd probably get better results by contacting them directly or posting in their section of the forum.

I'd go here and raise hell:
LiteCig
Some places will have guidelines for reviews and if your review doesn't meet the guidelines you can expect it to be deleted.
If that's not the case here you have plenty to be irritated about.

I'm sitting here with about 100 bottles of juice and not one of them came sealed.

V4L left up my cranky reviews. :thumb:
