Qualities to Rate liquids on?

I have been a stalker of ECF forums for several months now and would have to say that I am still relatively new to vaping compared to other members of the forum. When I first started vaping, I had thought to make a blog to track my progress, rate/review the equipment I used, as well as the liquids I used.

I wanted to be able to provide more information so that others who are not currently vaping could understand what the culture and lifestyle is all about and decide for themselves if it is something they would want to switch to.

Well I have fallen off track with both notes above. At one point I went back to regular analogs for a month or two, and I ended up never putting anything up on my site.

Now I have been back into the groove of things for a little while, and would love to try out different flavors. However, I am a very budgeted person so I rely on a vast majority of others opinions and ratings to determine if the flavor I am interested in is something I should purchase.

To make a long story short, I love ECF forums, but the search is just a bit too much for me and doesn't always yield the best results. In addition, it is easy to get lost when there may be several threads of a particular flavor, not all of which provide accurate information or relevant information.

I have decided to take my website in a slightly different direction, and attempt to centralize Reviews and Ratings of E-liquid Flavors from all distributors. I had planned to provide links to reviews of the flavors so that it was easier for me or others to find, as well the links would only go to ECF reviews so that non-current users could make their way to the most knowledgeable community of vapors I have found.

I had also planned on utilizing a rating system so I could keep track of the most popular flavors, and the flavors that people have found to be the best.

Finally, my question: Aside from Taste, Throat Hit, Aroma, and Vapor Production, what other qualities of an E-Liquid do you recommend I provide ratings for? Note I will be putting ratings on a scale of 1-10 with an overall rating to yield the best results.

Edit// Also, the ratings will not be from just myself, it will be anyone and everyone who visits the website and decides to add their two cents.

Cheapest way would go about DIY mixes. There is always a variance with most juice suppliers, most of the time not even their fault. Mix them yourself for under 6 cents a mil, and then you can try everything under the sun.

Those are the main manufacturers of the flavors. For some reason I feel like i'm leaving one out. Anyways, this is who 99% of the suppliers are using for base flavors. You can try all the ratios of PG to VG you want, add Everclear, change nic content, ect.. to be able to review the broadest range of possabilities in the world of vaping. Honestly trying to rely on suppliers, or other's reviews is extremely difficult. No one has your taste buds or your preferences in juice. Spend a fortune trying all the suppliers that everyone says "greatest juice out there" but actually has nothing you like or spend some time mixing your own.

There is only one supplier that has the "perfect" juice, and that is you. Only you with a lot of time, and testing can you achieve exactly what you want.

I think thickness of juice is a major thing that gets mentioned in a lot of reviews but its really hard to rate. Some juice is way to thick to use in a carto but drips good and some juice is so runny it runs out of the atty before you can take a drag but wicks well in cartos.

Maybe something like a drip rating and a wick rating would be cool.

I had a feeling someone would mention the fact that everyone's taste buds are different. And I agree 100%. But, I have purchased and fell in love with flavors I purchased because of the great reviews I read. I would also like to get into the DIY stuff, and then If I can come up with some flavors that happen to turn out great, perhaps I could attempt to sell them as well. In the mean time though, I do think a centralized location and indexing of Reviews and Ratings would help a lot of newer users out, and even those who wish to go on an adventure.

I also thought about the DIY heavily and had plans on including that into my site as well.

I like the idea of the juice viscosity and whether it is better for dripping or wicking, however, a lot of vendors offer the ability to mix the juice with different pg/vg amounts. This would impact the values greatly, and as I think about it, it would also impact the the other values stated above. So I suppose the results wouldn't be super accurate given people mix differently. I suppose I'll have to take that into account when it comes to the ratings.
