I was wondering why it said they were closed. I ordered some vapes from Heather's Heavenly earlier today, and made my way over to alien Visions, but no luck.

Does anyone know if any other vendors sell alien Visions stuff? Thanks for any info in advance.

Don't attempt to find Boba's or any other AVE juice elsewhere; most likely you will end up purchasing something from someone who is trying to recreate the flavor of Boba's Bounty without much success.

I believe they open their store every morning and stay open until they receive too many orders to fill, then they shut down until the next day. They do appear to be open, and I am able to order Boba's right now if you want to try again: https://www.avejuice.com/shop-our-products.html

Avejuice.com has been open to at least 11am for the last week or so. So looks like things are more under control for those people who want to try it. I try and have some of their juice in my storage box at all times. I don't vape it all the time every day, but for a day or two at a time and move on to something else so the flavor comes back strong the next time I pick it up and vape.

Now only if ahlusion.us would stay open as long...life would be grand.

I ordered some boba bounty and gorilla juice from ave and it took me three days to finally beat everybody to get my order. when i got it and started to vape it..honestly i didnt like it but now all im vaping is the gorill juice!! i also like some medusa juice from zuesejuice.com it has a pineapple taste and some strawberry hints as well. There are so many juices and vendor and ive tried alot that i thought i would like and hated! so good luck with the juices it took me a year to find a few that i actually vape.

Given this thread is not an actual review of BB from Alien Vapors, but a thread warning of possible deception, issues with name confusion etc, i think it may be wise to put a "Buyer Beware" or similar tag on this thread.

Not sure if the OP is active anymore, but i see this thread regularly pop up and am concerned it could lead to more people buying the wrong thing.

I finally received Boba and Gorilla from ave as well. I'm not really fond of the flavor yet, but I keep going back to it, hoping that it will change. I have ordered a bunch of juices from Zeus and love them; especially Medusa! They are good to go, right when you receive them.

Try out Zeus Juice and Roar Vapors...then try Kick Bass Vapors, Mtn. Vapors, try to stay away from Cheap prices that means cheap juice. Stay with 50% ration of PG and VG for flavor. Good luck....vaping is awsome.:)

Thanks for the suggestion.
I've tried several juices from Zeus and love them.
Next on my list is Roar and Kick Bass.

I've tried altering the tag to include "buyer beware" but don't see that as an option.
Does anyone know where I can go to change this?

I ordered mistakenly from AlienVapor, Bobas & Gorilla.. after hearing alienvisions was the original I ordered from them as well. I'm not sure if I got a particularly good batch from AlienVapor but it's been much better than the AlienVisions.. I've let the AVE steep for several weeks and keep going back to it but it remains relatively flat and flavorless compared to the AlienVapor's and doesn't vape as well.. I'm puzzled. ? but am loving the AlienVapors stuff and have re-ordered from them. big clouds, big flavor.. just sayin'

Seriously though, to each their own, taste is subjective, etc, etc...

Ha :D perhaps. but I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany.

-subjective to a degree yes, but these should be in the same ballpark taste-wise.
One thing I heard was AVE switched recently to all USA ingredients.. perhaps the formula has changed?
perhaps Alien Vapors has been fiddling with their recipe as well.. dunno but i was surprised.
I'm curious to hear from others who have RECENTLY purchased from both vendors to see what their experience was.

Boba's is largely love-it or don't-get-the-hype juice but very few people have an expectation that it's easy to copy within reason. A pure GC/MS analysis will tell you a lot except how to source the exact flavorings and extracts without doing a full-blown synthesis, how temperature and aeration and agitation and such might come into play, etc. I know it's not super complicated but it's complicated enough to escalate them to mythical status and the general consensus that I've found is that people really just want the recipe to be sold because it is one of a kind and the vendor in the past had trouble meeting demand.

Now I want to buy this Alien Vapor stuff just to see what you're on about but I think you're the only outlier I've run into who has tasted both and preferred the evil clone and I will not :)

I don't want to get libelous about the guy who runs Alien Vapors but it's clearly a disreputable operation and some basic Googling around has plummeted his reputation in my eyes far beyond "counterfeit juice maker" which in the modern web-2.0 Google era conflated with small emerging businesses, this basically is...no money can go to this person IMHO.

There have always been "soundalike" clones in the e-cig world and I think it's cute and admirable to try to mimic a known good recipe starting with 555 and RY4 nearly a half-decade ago (or more?), and clique-y when vendor "A" sells a clone of vendor "B" with a new twist on a name that was already quirky. Copying the name of the juice and making a "soundalike" vendor name is beyond the pale, except they went "beyond-er" and filed a trademark application!

But I can't deny the power of mystique surrounding the vaunted BB and would like to give my local reputable B&M some AVE juices just to see how close *they* can get. For starters, it's gotta be 100% VG IMHO, you have to start there and build it and then contemplate PG if you really need it.

I bought a new 30ml bottle of Gorilla Juice but haven't tried it since I have some very old BB and GJ sitting around and if my palate wasn't so boozy I'd bust out a 510 atomizer just to reply with feedback on whether it's changed in the 18 months or so it's been since I last bought it. I had a vaping sabbatical for some time there, no fault of the juice suppliers. I was using too much PG to keep my Boge cartomizers happy and just got burned out and switched to Snus. Back in the swing now!
