I just wanted to post a positive experience that I received from this supplier today.
First, I would like to say that I have dealt with this supplier for my Nite Lite Vapors juice ever since they started selling through litecig. Each and every order that I have made through them has always been correct and always shipped very quickly, and I have never had but great experiences with Litecig. Ok, so moving forward, I was lucky enough to get in on the Ihybrid F3cta sale the other day and it was shipped very quickly and I received it at my door in 2 days. That was perfect just like every other order that I have placed, the only issue I had was actually of no fault of Litecig, it had to do with the contact screws that came with the device, in order to use it as a mech 510 device as well as the hybrid, which is how it comes setup. The problem was there was either a brass screw missing or the tolerance of the screws were just off enough so that they were unable to thread into each other, if that makes any sense at all.
Now what was great about this vendor is the fact that I put a request in to them about possibly getting the right screws from either them or if they could get them from the manufacturer. Within the hr, I received a reply from Litecig trying to find out exactly what I was talking about and after a little back and forth with emails and pic's of what I was talking about, they told me that they would see what they could do for me and that they would get back to me. Well, I was thinking yeah, I've heard this one before!! Well this morning I received an email stating that they have shipped me replacement screws for my F3cta!!! Honestly, I was amazed at how fast they helped me out, I was thinking at best it would take a couple weeks to get this taken care of, cuz I figured they would have to contact the manufacturer, then they would have to send them the screws, then they would have to be shipped to me, so I wasn't thinking too much about it, I was actually just thinking about goin to the hardware store and seeing what I could find as I've done this several times before
So I wanted to give them the credit that they deserve because honestly it wasn't a huge deal, the device still worked 100% as a hybrid and the fact that they had nothing to do with making these or placing the parts together, they received them from the manufacturer (Faceless) and then shipped them out the way they received them, so it really was no fault of their own, but being the great supplier that they are, they took care of me and did it very quickly.. So thank you litecigusa and I will definitely be recommending these guys to people who ask for good vendors. Now I would also like to say that the problem is most likely just do to slight tolerances of the screws, I'm sure that all of the screws Faceless used for these contacts are probably all the same size, but just because they were bought by mass, some of the screws are probably just slightly different sizes and this is what has caused the problem and I am in no way bashing Face either, just simply stating an issue I had and was corrected very quickly by a good vendor.
Sorry for being so long winded here, just wanted to get it all in
