For when driving the truck, I'm going to suggest something completly different.
5vPT, with 3ohm SR cartos in a carto tank. Best part is it's cheap.
5 VOLT USB PASS THROUGH (REQUIRES SUFFICIENT POWER SOURCE)

I use a Command Brand cord organizer to hang it on.

For your husband, I'd get a Reo Grand. 5 ml juice holder. Even if he hates it, and I've never heard of anyone hating a Reo ever, he can sell it for practically what he paid for it.

What tj99 said may be a good idea for you; it looks like he is a truck driver too. ALthough a 5 volt is fantastic, I think I would probably get used to vaping on something less powerful, then grab one of those.

And what swedishfish said about the Reo is really true too. Even if he doesn't like it, (which he will!) they are in demand on the Classifieds section here!
