Not a new store, but fairly new in venturing into the online world, LJeSmokes has blown me away with their customer service. The first issue I had was really my error, but not only did they fix it, they called me OVER the phone on a Sunday afternoon to help me out.
Let's see, their products that I've used are great, the f-30 mod is solid and beautiful. The drip tips fit so very well on all my 510s. I've been having some issues with drip tips randomly not fitting my 510s or being too loose, and I have no problems with the drip tips from LJesmokes. They fit nice and snug but not so tight that they aren't removable.
Being a fairly new online seller, I was encouraging of working through some of their product display on the website. I gave them a few pointers - and I don't know everything, I certainly am not a professional, but the design elements were implemented, and I felt so honored that they would take my input as something to consider. Whether or not they implement anything in the future is not about me, but the fact that they so very clearly listened to their customers was amazing.
I can't say enough about the supplier. They have bent over backwards for me, they are very active on the Facebook vaping group, and answer questions very fast, and ship priority next day. Can't ask for more!
