Just wanted to give props to John Vesey at Theecig.com for his outstanding customer service. I received a 306 pyrex drip tip for Christmas. It didnt quite fit my atomizers so I sent a quick e-mail inquiring about an exchange. I got a prompt response. He explained why it didnt fit,then gave me options. This would be great customer service any day of the week,but he resolved the issue on Christmas day About a week later the exchange was complete,and I had a new I06 drip tip in blue. Thank you for the seamless exchange,and for the sample liquid!
