I think I would stock 1 or 2 of the high end, but yeah, most of your inventory dollars has to be what turns 5 dollars into 10 dollars. not 180 into 200.

Well I am happy to report that there are infact 2 B&M's in my town 
I was directed to the other store by another unhappy customer. The 2nd store is a local mom-n-pop type of store. Nice place, prices on the gear was just a bit higher than the 1st store, but selection was OUTSTANDING! The juice is cheaper by quite a bit, and they make it on site, so if they are out of stock on what I want, give them 10min. and they will make it for me I feel OK naming the stores now, the 1st store is an ECBlends outlet, being a chain store I just thought I would have a good expeairance there, but the local Vapor Legends has got them beat 6 ways from Sunday.
I'm just happy to have a B&M to get good juice, cartos/heads, and send converts to now!

In my town there's a B&M and a tobacco shop. I haven't been to the tobacco shop since I quit and didn't need tobacco and tubes anymore. The main concern for the B&M is helping people find what is right for them. I buy most of my juice from MBV, but there are a few I get locally. Most of my vape gear comes from there. Whenever I have had a problem with anything they have been helpful. All their batteries have a 1 week warranty. Last time I was in I asked about the Pro Tank mini. They told me they didn't plan on carrying it since most people didn't want to pay the higher price for glass. They then directed to a couple places online that carried them. Every time I have been there they've been knowledgeable and customer service has been outstanding.
As the only vape store in town, it would be easy for them to be overpriced jerks. Luckily they care about the community. That's why I have no problem sending beginners to them or spending a bit more to support local.

We've got 4 or 5 shops in town, all pricey as expected, but there's one that's friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and actually seems gives a crap about their reputation. I'm not always great about planning ahead for my needs, so they get all my "oh crap, i forgot to order new heads again" business, plus the juice isn't half bad. I get one of my fave's there.
