Awesome experience at my local B&M

So if you frequent the technical help section here on ECF you will have seen a couple of threads from me regarding flooding on my Rocket. I had some really helpful and partially successful suggestions, but ultimately the flooding continued. I decided to visit my local B&M (also where I purchased the Rocket originally) to see if they could take a look and see what's going on.

The issue was my build — which to be honest, I suspected from the beginning. The guy said we should build a new one, and suggested I try a micro coil with cotton wick, did a build for me and showed me what to do and what not to do. All I can say is, wow, this is the best vape I've ever had. I took a few hits in the shop before I left, and it worked out so well they even asked to take a few pictures of me having a vape for their Facebook page. They also gave me a free ball of cotton, too.

This kind of experience is awesome, and proves nothing can beat good ol' face to face customer service. I left so happy, and just so damn grateful that I have that kind of awesome B&M just four miles away from my house.



I'd love to hear stories of other awesome experiences in B&M stores if you have some!

They gave me two free cotton balls at my B&M ... however, they soaked me on a charger

A good B&M is truly a valuable thing! So many threads about bad ones, and there are probably more bad than good. Still every once in a while you find a gem, and I'm glad to hear you found one!

Cool .. nothing like some good customer service to put a smile on your face. I have heard that when built properly, the Rocket is a really good vape. I ordered a brushed stainless steel version that I am still waiting to receive, but am looking forward to it .. Now if only a cotton build were the answer to my new Fogger V2 w/stainless tank ... Had it for two days, built a micro coil with cotton wick, and while there is no leaking, flooding, dry hits, or gurgling, the vapor production is dismal, and it really has me scratching my head.... I hope that the Fogger V3 that I haven't received yet, will not be the same.
