Unfortunately this is becoming more of an issue across the board. I have seen SO many B&M's opening up around my area and the employees are not properly trained. It's seems like a lot (not all) are just in it for the money. I realize it's hard to find good help but as sensitive as this industry already is it would seem to be in the owners best interest to properly train their employees. I'm not just talking about your ejuice issue, I'm talking about walking in to a store and no matter what personal need you have they point EVERYBODY to the same devices, juices, batteries.... They don't know what MODS are, they don't understand variations in PG/VG. I walked in to a B&M two weeks ago with my Provari in pocket and they didn't have a clue what it was. This was the owner, not an employee. I'm thinking to myself, REALLY? you haven't heard of Provari? What the hell are you doing opening a store? I didn't stay to long to say the least. It's really bad news for us for store owners NOT to know the industry, the devices, the juices. I don't expect them to know everything but man, at least be a competent business owner and KNOW your business before you decide to buy a bunch of cheap junk just to fill your shelves and call yourself a vape shop. These kind of places are hurting us more than many people realize
