local salt lake stations story from last night, surprisingly not negative, considering it's the local station owned by Bonneville Communications which is associated with the mormon church and is usually quite conservative.

Great piece.

I think this is the first story that second hand smoke was even mentioned... which is excellent since many rational non-smokers have a problem with the SHS which is a completely rational issue to have.

Also, it was nice to see Dr. Hanson go through the ingredients and basically state that they are harmless (I assume in comparison to what is in an analogue).

Nice. I like how this Glenn guy they got to talk was all about regulation but admitted they are probably harmless.

I work in radio, and I know a ton of tv reporters personally. Thinking about telling them to do a story on the ecig. Hopefully I can get them some of the more positive info to report... I know several people here in town who's lives have changed due to the ecig

i like this story and i like the way the doctor guy was reading off the ingredients like...blah blah these are just fragrences and flavorings to give.... real nonchalant like... really there is nothing harmful in here... good story man!

woohoo! looks like the reporter is SUPER interested in doing a story an is making the pitch tomorrow. Plus I conviced another man to be interviewed. Im gonna make sure they know all the pros about the ecig. Like 0 nic juice, the fact that you can get them for much less than $150 at the mall... Ill definately have to post is here when it airs... I may even be interviewed... Who knows...

It seems to me that once non-smokers really understand what ecigs are, how could they *not* embrace the technology? It eliminates everything they despise (and fear)about smokers!

I only wish they would stop making nicotine out to be such a bad, bad thing. Overall, it is not much different than caffeine. It has gotten such a bad wrap only because of the analogs. Coke used to contain ......., caffeine was the replacement, that has to say something.

Overall though, that was a very good piece. Good to see more positives than negatives.

Brilliant video. I am curious about this ultra-sonic atomizer (mentioned in the video). I remember reading something about Ruyan holding a patent or something related to it but I haven't actually *seen* one anywhere.

I even dissected a Jazz Classic to see if the mysterious piece could be had for $20 at the local filling station. Just found a plain ol' atomizer...
