Another potential junk study in the works from the URMC. Of course no details of the study were provided other than the reporter holding up a cigalike with clips of tank systems while saying that they found copper.

It sure sounds like it. Why the early publicity? Maybe it's researchers hard up for funding, or news outlets needing their fix of alarm ringing. Or both.
