i live in south jersey, bellmawr, just over the bridge from philly. im not aware of any local shops selling real e-cig stuff, only the 7-11 crap. anybody know of anywhere i can go? it doesnt have to be across the street but im not looking to drive an hour for some juice and a couple cartos either.

The closest I know of is LitecigUSA. They have a couple of B & M's that aren't too far away from you, but I don't remember exactly where anymore. You might want to go to their contact page or call them at 1-888-960-7857 and ask.
