First I would like to say hi to everyone here at ECF. As a new vaper, I appreciate the wealth of knowledge here.
I've been off the analogs for 8 days now using an ego-c.
I have found it odd that you can buy analogs almost anywhere, but there a no local shops that sell ecig supplies or liquid.
Looking online, I have found two stores in my state but one is a truck stop and the other is on the other side of the state. Bummer. Is anyone here fortunate to have a local shop to support their vaping habit?

I am in Tulsa and fortunate enough to have Vapor Kings located just a mile from work. They are in the process of expanding now and stock enough to get me out of any kind of a bind. I believe their store prices are pretty much the same as their internet prices but not sure. Local supplier at or close to online prices is tough to beat. Good people too! Hope you get a local shop soon.

Electronicstix.com is only 5 minutes from my house, and the prices in the store are the same as their on line prices. They are also scheduled to open a second store in SLC on the first of May.
This is also a great time to get into the vape shop business, the need is everywhere. So if anyone can't find a job --- create your own job!

Unfortunately we have 6 or more less than 5 miles from my home, one is only 3 blocks away. The problem is they mostly sell the mall kiosk versions(small batts) and the juices are way over priced as well as Meh flavored. I still have to buy everything on line if I want any kind of quality. Sigh........

Sounds like you need to open a decent store in Spokane so that my brother will stick with the vaping instead of buying two cartons of cigarettes a week.:(

As far as I know, we don't have one in my area of Ohio. There are some elsewhere in Ohio, but not close enough to Cincinnati. So someone open one pleeeeze!

I think there's someone local who sells at a big flea market just north of here, butmive never been to see what they have.

I did get to visit a b&m in Huntsville, AL. It was okay. Their stuff was probably priced about right for a b&m, and they had some decent hardware, not junky. Their juices were too expensive, but I bought two to support their effort. They did give me a hard time returning a disposable I'd gotten for my FIL. It didn't work and they wouldn't exchange it without a receipt, even though The guy we'd bought it from just the previous day was right there. Went back with the receipt the next day and they did exchange it, but wouldn't do a refund. Kind of more of a hassle than most online vendors I've dealt with.

It can be difficult to find good vaping gear in many areas, that's why e-retail is so popular.

I live in a college town in CA, population 70K. The gas stations, quickie-marts and a news stand sell some small pre-filled e-cigarettes. No problem finding tobacco at all. There is a head shop in town that sells e-cigarettes too, but nothing different from what's available at the gas stations.

Sacramento is 10 miles away. I couldn't find any APVs there last winter. I don't do shopping malls, so I didn't look for e-cigarette kiosks. I admit I only tried the smoke shops and didn't even bother making rounds of the head shops. I wouldn't want to buy a mod (or anything else) from a head shop to tell you the truth.

This web site has a click able US map that then lists e cig suppliers. Not all are Brick and Mortar shops, have to visit their web sites to see usually. But it does let you see suppliers in the area so you can see if it is shipping locally. I had actually submitted a few that were not on the site that I have visited.

    IronAP,

Safer Vapors is a brick and mortar shop that sells vaping supplies exclusively. They are located in Webster, MA, right on the Connecticut line, so that may be convenient for you, depending on where you are in CT. The owners, Rob and Lisa, are very friendly and helpful. They have a handful of different starter kits and a few dozen flavors that you can try in the shop.

Otherwise, I agree with you that there are not nearly enough brick and mortar places. It makes it particularly difficult to find decent equipment and nearly impossible to find flavors that you really like without arduous trial and error by mail, which costs a lot and results in lots of disappointing sample bottles lying around.

We need vaping superstores with lots of equipment/accessories and a selection of the hundreds of flavors that are out there!
