I don't know about the rest of you but I prefer the suppliers sites have their address and phone # listed on their site. If you look on the internet and check out the number of suppliers you order from(not just ecigs) that does not list this information. I always like to know if I am ordering from another country or the USA. I feel safer if buying from someone who provides this information. The only way to get in touch with them is email.

If the supplier is on ECF, I have no problems buying from anyone here. I'd never buy from someone that didn't have a customer base here.

Having a phone number available is a huge plus. Wish more vendors would offer their number or at least a Skype name contact. I chatted with Rob at Altsmoke on Skype IM last week and added some liquid to my SB preorder. It was sooooo much easier than back and forth with email.

i recommend google voice to suppliers.. they can set it up to go straight to voice mail. that is turned to text for them to read as a email.. they can get any number they want like (555)goe-cigs .. if they get harassing phone calls they can block the number so when the person calls they get a number is no longer in service message.. all sorts of free options..
