Back on 5/22, I ordered some ViVi Nova replacement heads. The system errored out when I tried to process the order. I used my PayPal Mastercard for the order, so I popped over to check my PayPal account, and there was a charge pending from AltSmoke. So I figured they got my order. The next day, I still hadn't received a confirmation of my order, so I checked, and there was no record of my order on the AltSmoke site. I dashed off an email:
I placed an order last night, and my credit card WAS charged, however, your system says I have no orders, and I never received a confirmation of my order. The items in my cart are what I ordered, and my card was charged $11.17. Please correct this, I would like my merchandise.
This is the response I received:

Ok, that makes sense, so the next day, I checked my PayPal account, and the status on the charge was "Completed"! So yesterday, I sent another email:
The card I used was my PayPal Mastercard debit card, and I can log on and see all transactions in real time. This transaction is listed as of today as "Completed", meaning YOU GOT THE MONEY. Make this right, please.
And it's been over 24 hours, and no response. It's not a lot of money, but it's MY money. I'm pretty disappointed in them. I've ordered my parts from another site, now...and it's looking like I'll have to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
Any one else had any problems with AltSmoke?
