hahaha.....i too didn't know about this feature until it accidentally happened....one day i was trying to fire it and it wouldn't go down and i was like OH MY GOD my REO is broken......upon further investigation i realized this.......i like it though cause i feel comfortable putting it in my pocket now with the switch off......

I had the same thing happen when I got my first Reo. I thought for sure I had broken it. Thank god Itrainer told me about the lock. It's the little things that make me glad I found this place :)


Master of Bassets...and not much else.

I guess I'm the only one who locks all my mods when not in use, especially a mech with no fire button timeout. I've done it so long it's a subconscious habit now, but I always double-check before pocketing it.

I never have a problem with the fire button accidentally locking when I'm using either Grand, but then I've never bought a button cap either.
