First my disclaimer: I will be buying both within a few months.

My next carto tank is a toss-up. I am a die-hard Boge carto fan (looking out of the corner of my eye at another but we'll save that for later). I need a new tank because I have SO MANY samples to try and my current carto tank is a BB dedicated server (is that politically correct?). My two that I have come to respect (and covet) are the Loki Labs SS1 XL and the Phiniac. Anyone with knowledge of either or both of these tanks can really help here. I do, again, plan on owning both within the next three or four months but which should I buy first? If left to my own devices (BAD IDEA), I will buy both at the same time, fill both with juices I don't like, have no one to give said juice to, and will unhappily vape said juice until the tank is empty and the carto is dry. None of us want that! Your help/advice will be greatly appreciated!

Of the two tanks mentioned, I only own a Phiniac. Phiniac make a high standard of pyrex cartotanks with multiple options available for choice in cartomizer length and options for personal aesthetic/artsy designs. Kind of cheap to offer delrin endcaps for such fine glass, but I guess that helps keep the cost down and they are functionally adequate. But for that price metal caps should come standard and the less expensive delrin be offered as an option. JMO.

I've only seen pics and product descriptions of the Loki Labs tanks. They appear to also be a high standard of pyrex cartotank. Only offered in the XL cartomizer length. I have not seen price listings to compare.

I imagine that you'll likely be pleased with both tanks.

Both tanks were about the same price so I ordered the Loki Labs tank (fewer decisions to make). Loki Labs does make a shorter tank but I use the 45mm carto ergo the XL tanks. As soon as I figure out what design/color/end caps (anodized ones) I want, I will order a Phiniac. I think cobalt will be the color but the other two issues are still to be decided.
