Loking for a Black Cherry & Menthol recipe

Not sure where to post this question. I am looking for a black cherry menthol recipe. I have tried a couple of times and made some really nasty tasting stuff.
Does anyone have a recipe for this? My flavorings are from TFA.

Peppermint 3%
10% Koolada 2%
Menthol 2%
Sweetener 1%

I have Koolada from E-Cig Express. Do you know if I have to mix this with PG to get a 10% mixture or can I just use it as is?

As long as it's not in powder form you can use it as is. If it's powder or crystal mix at 10% in warm PG and use that as a concentrate. for instance mix 1ml powder to 9 ml pg. I like to remove the plunger from a 10ml syringe fill it with powder to the 1ml mark then dump that into a bottle and add 9ml's of PG and shake like crazy. If you have powder floating undisolved then warm the PG and shake again.
