Long lead time on Sampler Pack, Delivery is actually good

According to your site:
- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Alternative shipping methods and couriers are available at additional costs for orders placed over the phone.
- All orders are processed within 30 hours of order placement unless otherwise noted.
- If in any event the order can not be processed, Client will be contacted within 30 hours with explanation.
- All orders should arrive within 1-4 business days as guaranteed by USPS.

I placed the order on "Mon 2/28/11 1:04 PM" and USPS recieved the shipping details Friday afternoon.

I understand that stuff happens but answer your phone or contact your customer when things happen. I am trying to quit smoking and ordered your juice with pleanty of time to spare (I thought). I am going to run out today...

You have put me in a terrible situation (unfortunatly for me I am used to it) Do I try and wait it out or bend over and dish out another $40 for a 10ml bottle of Raping Everyone juice from the Mall?

I am only 4.5 hours away and had I known of the current timeline I find myself in I would have drove to pick it up. The price for gas would have been comparible and my sampler pack contains much more than 10ml.

If you would have overnighted it to make up for the delay, this post would not exist nor would I have to challenge you to a bat fight.

Hopefully your juice makes up for it, The HALO Juice is not pleasent.

Just an FYI on Halo. I got some as a sample from a friend and hated it. It's one that needs to steep for awhile. I wouldn't give up on it just yet. I'd revisit it again in a week or so and see. Not only do your taste buds change, but the juice flavor mellows out and mixes better after sitting for a bit. Backwoods Brew is also fresh made and I have to steep a few of those as well, but they are worth the wait.

Sorry you're having delivery issues with the other company though.

There is a lead time on all sampler pack orders as stated on the Sampler Pack page. The only reason your order could have taken that long to ship would be if it was a sampler pack.

I am really sorry for the inconvenience. As it's only 2 of us, we're often too busy to get to the phone immediately for risk of not getting all of the days orders out before the post office closes. We do our best to return calls once we find a window, but we ask that you do leave a message if it is urgent. Again, I do apologize and if you need anything don't hesitate to ask

Trust me when I say, it's worth the wait...

I have tried a lot of juice and Eric's is among the best out there. Personally, I vape his Frisco about 90% of the time, it's the only juice I have that I just never get sick of.

I still believe you may mant to put that on your shipping page, becasue that is the logical place to look for shipping information.

Thanks for the info Dude! Thats All I want is a good tasting Regular Flavor that is connsistent and costs around $20/month. I really like the stuff I got from the mall but its $40/10ml!

yea, I used the old codes as the title, sue me. VS has the BEST E-JUICE bar NONE! Not only is the shipping fast and the flavor great, but by accident I found out the juice is so damn fine that is actually cleans out old attys that were gunked up from crap or thick juice. As of this writing, I have revived 10 previously dead or near dying attys that just would not produce. I stick with VS because I know I'll get what I like and I'll get it fast. If Eric had more flavors, I'd get them too. VS....solid.

Hope it's ok to revive an old thread. I ordered a sampler pack based on all the great reviews.

Ordered Monday, website shows order completed on Tuesday. No more updates?? Does this mean that it has shipped out already? That would be outstanding, but didn't want to get my hopes up.

Log into your account at VS and access the "dashboard"...it will show your order status along with your tracking # and additional information. My latest order arrived in one day.

Am looking at dashboard, shows under "Order Status" - Completed. When I click on detail it shows my personal info, order #, etc but no shipping info (aside from charges) and no tracking number. Does that mean it has not shipped yet?

Yes, once the order has shipped it will be marked "Shipped" and the tracking number will be displayed

OK, thanks. I guess I was a little confused about the shipping times. For sampler packs I know it says 3-5 days, but since I didn't get notified within 30 hours I was stalking the mailman! lol

Funny, I never really paid much attention to him til I started vaping.

Can't wait to try the juice. If it is as good as everyone says I will have a new daily vape! Thanks all

I'm a huge fan of Frisco. I recently ordered $100 of Frisco in both 24mg and 36mg - since hubby needs the really strong stuff to keep off the analogs. I gifted my brother who is new to vaping with a bottle of Frisco as well. I've always been very pleased with the taste of any flavor I've tasted, and the vapor production is super.

I enjoyed my sampler pack as well and found that if I like a particular flavor at all for vaping that I'm going to love it in VS juice. Every flavor was just as advertised on the website. So if you even think you'll like a flavor, then spring for the larger sizes because you will just be re-ordering immediately any way...it's that good.

Still haven't even tried the other 6 flavors, but you can bet I will be ordering more of this.

I must say, every flavor I got (7 different) is REALLY good! The last sampler pack I ordered from another vendor is still sitting in a drawer because they taste terrible.

Tennessee is outstanding, very analog-like and on a pass through at 5V it is TOO much like an analog. How did I ever smoke those things LOL

So far the RY4 is my favorite but I am going to spend the day with VS4 and see which comes out on top!

Once again thanks for the excellent quality juice. You will be seeing an order from me as soon as I can narrow it down to 2 or 3!

Tampa, Frisco, Tenn, Vs4, Ry4, in that order, best to ... well, better? I'm really glad I got two samplers too, one with all the tobaccos and another with the fruits/sweets. Sweet Asian Plum and Peach Amaretto are really fantastic, so glad your juice is middle of the road in terms of cost or I'd be living in a box with a cooler full of vs juice lol
