Hey everybody,

Thanks to this great forum, I'm 9 months free from a 3 PAD habit. It's nice to be able to breathe again. Also, I gradually stepped down the nicotine levels in the juices I use, and have been nicotine free for about 3 weeks now. I'm not sure that nicotine is all that bad anyway, but it's nice to know that I vape because I like it, and not because there's a monkey on my back. I have lost some TH with no nicotine, but I guess that's to be expected.

It seems there's always more to learn, so I figured I'd introduce myself and start posting here and there.

Thanks again,
schtevo

I too am a completely new to both e-cigs and being on a board like this. I am a little over 3 hours with no cancer sticks but right now my short term goal is to just cut down on them. I am a bit over a pack and a half a day now and I am noticing health issues creeping in that scare the crap outta me. I just found this site yesterday and was up till 3 am reading  My daughter had an njoy and i tried a hit off of it and about fell over! lol. I figured I had done something wrong and stumbled upon this site while researching that. I lost my job recently and do not have cash to play with but I am going to try and stay with the njoy menthol disposables to at least curb the intake of cancer sticks.
Congrats Schtevo on your accomplishment and I hope to get to that point where I can earn the right to have a banner but for now I will be happy with baby steps :) I will learn all I can and after I get another job I would like to try some of the stuff on here. I think it would make it more pleasant to stop smoking that way.
Thank you all for the time you put in to help encourage each other. It has given me hope to read the stories on the forums.
