I smoked my last cigarette the same day I got my first vape mail. Hoping to cut down on a 50+ a day 49 year habit. Jeez, I couldn't
believe I was actually not smoking cigarettes. July 24th will be my 6th month without smoking. I have been helped tremendously by
this forum and would like to thank all the people involved. I have improved my health, saved money (close but yes), not gained weight, and working on my new self-image as a nonsmoker. I always say, "I am not an alcoholic because I refuse to go to meetings."
Well I know that I am a tobacco cigarette addict and this is my meeting. Thanks again to all and I hope I can help other noobs with
their journey.
