Longer fasts and vaping

Hi everyone,

I'm curious as to whether any of you have done a fast of between 14 and 30 days and still continued to vape? I have done a 21 day fast before, but that was when I smoked regular cigarettes and I stopped smoking them after day 3 because apparently smoking while fasting is even more harmful than normal, particularly after day 5.

I was wondering whether vaping during a water only fast is just as dangerous, or whether it can be done safely.

I've not fasted while vaping, so I'm sorry I can't answer your question. Have you looked in the Health forum here on ECF? Maybe there is info about fasting posted there. Now I'm curious! I hope you can find some info!

I'm on day 3 of fasting and now you've got me wondering. However, I'm doing the Daniel Fast, drinking juice and water. Let us know if you find anything out.
