There are several Nic threads already going that have turned into debates by page two. Take a look at them, they all have reviews of each company and the attributes of the nic and flavorings. I personally use MFS nic. I like it and its reasonably priced. my go to for flavors and mixing supplies is Bull City Vapor. For VG and PG in bulk I go through Amazon and get those from essentials depot.

I am the exact same as @Jdurand . Have you done a search in the sub-forums? In the upper right is a search bar. Just choose current forum (so you don't get off-subject stuff) and read.

There is a huge amount in the forums and people have all kinds of thoughts. I use Amazon/ebay for a lot of miscellaneous stuff in DIYing.

My current NIC is from MFS and I've been happy with it. There's also some good talk about Nicotine river which carries NicSelect and I'm going to try them out next time I order.

Might want to find a nic with characteristics that:
Is neutral smooth and has little or no taste when mixed
Peppery
Little to no throat hit to high throat hit
Cost factor
Preferred bottling
Perhaps someone can recommend a Nic with the above (your) desired characteristics.
