Look what I built all by myself!!!!

I was aiming for 1.5, so I'm going to say.....SUCCESS!!!

I've been wanting to drip my NT juices using my Helios and Provari since I'm not tasting the coffee flavor in Wakonda. I've read that using a VV mod would help with getting that flavor. Since my brother had put dual coils on my Atom APV mod that was running at .75 ohms the Provari wouldn't fire.

So, what's a gal to do???? Order everything she needs to build her own, watch a ton of videos and build one herself!!! I made this single coil this morning (only took me 45 minutes......lol....I sure do hope I get a bit quicker at that) and am anxiously waiting to try it. But.........I have to go read the Wakonda "Hit it or Quit" it thread to see what other users are doing so that I can taste that coffee!!! Off to do that now!

Lookin good! The more you do it the less time it will take. Theres always some unforeseen problem that arises when building coils lol. Good thing is, if you get it built right, you wont have to rebuild it for awhile.

I am ready to start trying rebuildables. Ultimately I want to get a REO, but for now I am stuck with my Vamo V5. I am still trying to decide which RDA I should use with the Vamo. I will probably go single coil for simplicity. Suggestions are welcome. I'll probably do some research and order this weekend.

The Helious RDA was recommended to me since I was a beginner and it has 4 posts. It really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The toughest part was wrapping those coils close together on my little 2mm screw driver.

Congrats! Just wait until you venture into twisted wire, parallel coils, and my latest foray, which is twisted parallel. LOL My favorite thus far is a triple twisted 32ga 5 wrap on a 5/64 drill bit. Delicious flavor with great vapor! Keep at it, it does get faster and easier each time you do it.

The first build is very special. Congratulations. For your next build may I recommend duals @ 1.2 ohms. Your Provari will show you the love with that.

So that would be 2 coils at 2.4 ohms each, right?

Another little tool that I use. A wire looping tool. About 5 bucks a set from amazon. I have two sets.
