Looking for 30ml Dunhill flavor or larger

I've gotten 2 of the 10ml Dunhills from vaporkings.com, but I enjoyed it so much I've been blowing through it. I'd like to stock up on 30ml bottles. Where would I find the best selection of large size bottles? Or, alternatively, where can I find a guide to mixing my own eliquid and get the flavorings? I've seen the stupidly high nicotine unflavored but I'm not sure how to mix/dilute that.
