Looking for a basic, printable Ego brochure and instruction manual (Preferably for Ego + CE4)

Does anyone know where I could find a simple, printable brochure and instruction manual for ego type models that is in clear English?

When you say "... a manual... that isn't in English" ... does that mean we could pick any language?

Sorry I was confusing when I said "Engrish" I forget everybody doesn't know that term. (See Engrish.com) I mean that IS clear English.
