I need to try an EVOD. A good friend of mine absolutely loves them.... Only thing that really kept me away was the lack of viewing juice in the tank. It has a slat that you can look into, but it's limited (without actually having one, or using). It is most likely sufficient to see juice levels.

Next time will order a couple with my next carto purchase.

Viewing the juice level in an EVOD is a little difficult. Hard to see through the little slat. I have to hold mine under the light (of course my eyes aren't as good as they used to be).

I've been using the EVOD for a couple weeks now and I'm neither overly impressed or disappointed. How's that for ambiguity? It performs rather well, vapor production is just okay IMO, and flavor... well, I have an ongoing issue with lack of flavor no matter what device I'm using. The EVOD does fit/look good on eGo batteries though.

I haven't used the T3 but have used the T2 and I think that also performs pretty well. Although it is a top coil and occcasionally has gurgling/flooding problems.

For lightweight, compact, portability needs, I like the little CE3 clearos(bottom coil). I've used them for a couple months now. They're relatively inexpensive and perform nicely. They are thin, cigalike size so they don't look as good on an eGo as larger clearos, only hold about 1ml, and they need to be filled with a syringe.

Try several and decide for yourself. I personally love the Vapeonly BCC. It's more consistent than eVods and Protank, and although heads are a little more expensive they last a lot washing them frequently. Also for an eGo form factor try the Vapeonly mini...

You can get them almost anywhere, here's a link Vapeonly 3.5ml BCC (Bottom Coil Changeable) Mega Tank

I love the Evods and have a boatload of them in my arsenal, both genuine Kangers and Fasttech knockoffs - I find that the Fasttechs are noticeably cheaper in appearance but seem to perform just as well.

That said, I'm starting to become extremely paranoid about tank cracker juices, especially since I like a lot of fruity flavors and even though I'm not experiencing it I'm hearing horror stories left and right about just about every flavor that interests me.

If you've seen the movie Superbad:
Do you know what kind of (foods are shaped like wang/flavors crack tanks)? THE BEST KIND!

I've got a couple Protanks and not sure if I like them or love them - the airy draw isn't a deal-killer for me, but it is pretty pronounced, but they are pretty bulky on top of my Ego batteries. I have some Smoktech Aro pyrex BCCs on order that look like a glass windowed shiny Evod (see the thread someone else started in this forum that I ungraciously hijacked), if those work I'll probably be looking into a bunch more of them, if not I'll probably be ordering some Protank minis to phase out the Evods, great though they are.

Honestly, that's one of the best reviews I've read of any tank! For most tanks the reviews seem to be either "LOVE IT!" or "I'D RATHER KILL MYSELF!" Something that functions properly without being a gift from God is a little refreshing.

I've tried both the original T3 and the eVod, and now I am pretty much all eVod all the time. The T3 leaked a lot, the eVod never a drop unless the juice was crazy thin.

The newer T3s uses a removable coil like the eVod and protank, haven't tried on of those yet.

I have two MT3S, which is kind of a cross between the Evod and the original T3. No leaking problems whatsoever, but after an extended session and then left sitting for a while, the condensation buildup in the airtube and drip tip can cause some gurgling.

The ability to use the Evod/Protank coil in it is a great improvement. The draw is a little airy. Not as much as the Protank, but definitely not as tight as the Evod. The extra capacity is nice, too.

Not at all. The mini protank is just a tad longer then an evod (because of the ego skirting for the threads) and is the same size around as an evod. I use 14500 mods and they aren't very big. Robusts, etc and the mini is a very well balanced tank for them. Not big or clunky at all :)
Thanks AG51 I bought a min- protank and I love it just as much as I love my Protank. I bought it at was $14.90 which includes shipping.

Fairly new to vaping I have an ego twist vv (900mah) / tornado-c (650mah) with a Kanger protank and a Vision V3 top coil clearomizer, I believe both are 2.4omh. I run both devices around 4.4v

I love my Protank yet it's not portable/mobile, it's top heavy and large for my pocket although its great for the house. The Vision V3 is light, small and portable yet the vape is on the hot side for me. I prefer the vape I get with my Protank.

Can anyone recommend a top performing (good vapor and flavor with no leaks) clearomizer that will fit nicely on my egos, also what ohms would preform well for me?

My Personal Evolution (Mpevo)

Try a mini Protank if you like the regular one. The 2 is coming out soon.
