I just got a REO Grand that fits the bill, but it is quite hard to get.
Got mine by miracle.

The WetBox 14500 battery & 3 ml bottle is easy to get but many think the quality is poor.

For the price I'd give it a try.
If you treat it right and with a little luck it could last you a while.
It will at least give you something to use while you work on getting one of the nicer juicing box mods.

Thanks tobarger! Where can I buy something like you discribed? Sounds amazing! I'm have not heard of the bottom of bottle juice feeding box mod...How does this work?

Hi Voodoo....welcome to the ECF. The juice fed mods like the Phidias, REOs, Alii and Journeyman all work with the same basic principal. Inside the boxes are your battery (18650 in most cases, 14500 in the mini REO) and a 6ml bottle (3ml in the mini REO). These bottles feed up through an atomizer connection and into the atomizer of your choice. In order to operate these, you squeeze the juice bottle to feed the atomizer then depress the switch to send power to your atomizer while you draw on your mouthpiece (usually a drip tip), then release the switch and exhale.
Here are a couple pics....
Wood REO REO Grand and REO Mini..jpgR..P 004.jpg1 015.jpgRG closeup 007.jpgmore REO stuff 003.jpg
The first picture is of the three types of REO's. From left to right they are the Wood, Grand and Mini. The second picture is of Phidias Feedimus and the Wood REO. The third picture is of the Ali'i and the Journeyman. The fourth picture is of the top of the REO Grand showing the switch and atomizer and the last picture is of the REO Grand showing the battery and juice bottle. All of these are great mods and are much sought after. The principal is simplicity and long lasting vape with minimal maintenence and hassle. I hope this answered your question about how these work. :vapor:

You can always just drip into any of the juice box mods, but having the bottle is a very nice option.
I'm dripping into my REO right now with an empty juice bottle.
If you just want a box mod for dripping you can get one for ~$20 to $30.

Excellent. Thanks so much for the information and pictures! What about something like a box mod without the bottle? Perhaps something with a drip tip? What's the best route for something like that?
The Bartleby is a good choice for that.

It uses a 14500 battery, has an on/off switch, and charges with a USB cord.
You can even charge it while it is in use, so it can act like a passthru.

I have had RN4081's (overpriced junk from the Mall...my very first eCig), DSE901's, KR808's, various homemade Mods (3.7-6.0 volts), and every 510 set-up imaginable and almost all of these in auto, manual, and in Pass-Thru form. I have the CE-2 R4's and CE-2 R4 Syringe Mods (made w/ 3ml(clearomizer), 5ml, and 10ml) and as I sit here typing this I just removed my new MAP Tank (w/ 2.8ohm 510 CE-2 R4 internals) from my 5 volt Box Mod and put it on a 510 (in-line battery) Pass-Thru. Both are wonderful but my all time favorite setup (for Home Use and Travel) is a Mega/XL 510 Atty w/Blu-Foam Cart Mod on a eGo battery. They make nice cases you can carry with you and a button protector so you can put it in your pocket but I made a lanyard/necklace with the ball chain from my dog tags and an o-ring, its not perfect but it works. I tend to like a cooler vape but I still need good TH and Vapor Production and this is the set-up that does that for me. I still haven't bought an eGo Pass-Thu or a Mega/XL eGo Battery, that's because I still have 7 brand new 650mAh eGo batteries and 5 or 6 in circulation that are still good (3 of which are basically brand new), but I think I'm gonna order at least 1 PT and 1 Mega eGo this coming week when I order the new Joye/Ovale Tanks System (T-eGo) this week from Totally Wicked. You should really give this set-up a try...you won't be disappointed.
