I was surfing other day came across a post, about 2 outta 3 rules:

something like if you want quality and fast,,,,not cheap

you want cheap and fast,,,, not good quality

if want cheap and quality,, not fast


something like this, if anyone knows the thread it was in, that would be highly appreciated.

No problem ... I discovered the search box "Search ECF with Google" a couple of days ago and seem to get better search results
