Unfortunately for the best selection and prices you have to order from the states. The best selection in canada is found at flavour fog. Lots of diyers get from ecig express in the US because of their prices and selection. This does not apply to nic which is illegal to ship across the border. PG/VG can be found at the pharmacy.

for your side of the country I suggest Canvape. once you make an account you can see the whole DIY section ;0 they have decent prices and selection of flavorings.
I have used these guys for flavours and lab supplies. It sounds like their Vapers Choice is the closest thing to a Nicotine Base and you can order it unflavoured, at max 24mg. I still prefer to get most from e cig express though. Lorann flavouring is readily available at lots of high end bakeware shops and cake decorating shops. London Drugs sells VG off the self and will order in PG easily enough.

The shipment was processed and delivered very fast and the customer service was excellent. I also find this website to be the easiest to navigate and order from. It is extremely user friendly.

I've used DiY eJuice as well and was happy with the selection, prices and service. My only complaint would be they are too far away from me and it takes Canada Post forever to deliver my supplies lol

What are their prices like for ?
pretty good, in line with Canvape. not American prices but... 23$ for a 120ml 60mg nic. that's decent for Canada imho.
