Ive never actually used a automatic/disposable PV but I think it would be a better fit for my dad since he doesnt have a knack for taking care of electronics. His English is also limited, it would be great if you guys can recommend a extremely simple PV he would be able to use. ( Preferably something doesnt require too much topping off/ dripping and wont blow up from mishandling)

Try Walgreens for a Blu. Probably easiest access to them. I think they are $8. Volcano has good products too. That's where I got most of my vaping gear.

I'm a little biased for Smokeless Image's Volt. They're a nice setup, great customer service, and relatively cheap (even with their "Pro" starter kit). Their 555 is a very nice mix.

I've tried the 510, the G6 and the Element (both from Halo) and the Volt. I liked the Volt best (good vapor, for its size), closely followed by the Element (which is 510 threaded). I got my husband set up with a Volt kit, and he is very happy with it (he just wanted something he could pull out of his shirt pocket and take a drag from, and didn't want to have to do a lot of fussing around with stuff).
You could check out the SD Key Ring by Trog (SD Keyring by Trog), around $20, automatic battery, and I hear they pump out the vapor nicely with LR Cartos.
Wow, I'd heard of the SD Key Ring but hadn't seen a picture of one yet. Pretty cool!
