Hello everyone!

I have a few Halo Triton batteries. I love the kit a lot, and I really don't want to switch anything. I'm still new, and trying to sample a ton of liquids that I've purchased is kind of a pain. I was wondering is anyone can recommend a decent, inexpensive place to get a few 808 threaded atomizers for sampling purposes. They don't have to be fancy or anything. Just something to use here and there to check up on my liquids that are aging. The threads are the same as Smokeless Image and G6 (and maybe others).

Welcome to ECF sflorian and congratulations on your journey into vaping.

I too, started with all 808 threaded devices, mine were smokeless image. And like you I wanted something to "sample" eliquids without having to waste a carto or fill up a tank, etc. I could not find any 808 threaded atomizers, however there are a couple of simple solutions.

1) get an 808 to 510 adaptor (very cheap) and use 510 atomizers for your drip sampling or

2) if you have some Cartos that you have perhaps attempted to clean or just are getting older and on the verge of being discarded, pull the filler out from around the center. You can drip a few drops down the side of these and use them as drippers. You just can't put too much in or it will leak down to the top of the battery.

Maybe someone else has other inputs, but the second option is what I choose to do. Good Luck to you!

Thanks for the quick closure Elantis.

I have some old Blu cartos, but those have been a pain to get the filler out of (and they only fit on the Blu battery). I think I'll have to go with the adapter. I really don't want to buy a five pack of other cartos just to tear them up.

Otherwise, the journey has been good! I actually quit cigarettes once (3+ years back) using some seriously inferior gear. Then I took an unfortunate tobacco-filled vacation from e-cigs. Using my new gear was a cakewalk to get back on the horse. I can't believe all the stuff that's out now!

I used a 901 atomizer on my 808 for some time. I loaned it to a friend who burned it out eventually, and I prefer carts myself, but it sounds like exactly what you want. I think they still have some where I got mine, myvaporstore.com.

Edit: they do here's the link: http://www.myvaporstore.com/DSE_901_Atomizer_p/dse901-at.htm but looking at RocketPuppy's link certainly looks better price-wise.
